Dinner, the smallest meal?

When you feel like having a small but nutritious dinner, you can try this all-in-one dish of  stir fried chicken breast fillets, served with steamed carrots, and florets of cauliflower and broccoli. Season with sea salt, and garnish with fried garlic.

Friday Fun

Having just learned that “sweetened condensed milk” has been replaced with “vitaminised” by F&N Dairies, I decided to try making “Kek Malindo”, better known as “beehive cake” locally. It came out okay, but it I remember it tasted way much better with “sweetened condensed milk”. I was told that condensed milk is still available in Singapore, but made in Indonesia. We’re stuck with “sweetened creamer” in Malaysia, which has an odd after taste.
